BVI Business Company Formation

A BVI Business Company / offshore Company, is a separate legal entity, which has full capacity to enter into any business transaction that an individual can lawfully undertake. It has limited liability, so that in the vast majority of cases, neither the shareholders nor the directors are responsible personally to third parties for any liabilities of the BVIBC and makes the ideal structure to hold your vessel.

At Sail Simple we arrange for your BVIBC set up & registration process which is very quick and straightforward.  In most cases your company (using standard Memorandum and Articles of Association with an authorized capital of US$50,000) can be incorporated within one business day.  

Note that you will have to incorporate the company first so that all the paperwork for the vessel (Builders Certificate / Bill of Sale) can be prepared in the name of the company.
