About the BVI

The major banks represented in the BVI include FirstCaribbean International Bank (an affiliate of Barclays Bank and CBVBVIBC), FirstBank Virgin Islands (formerly JP Morgan Chase), Bank of Nova Scotia and Banco Popular. The local currency of the BVI is the United States Dollar.
The BVI has State-of-the-art telecommunications, provided by Cable and Wireless of the UK, and excellent infrastructure and support services.
